Aloe Ecell Return & Refund Policy

At Aloe Ecell, we stand behind the quality of our eco-friendly batteries and sustainable products. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help! 💚

🔁 Returns

  • Eligibility:
    You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

    • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

    • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Used or partially used batteries.

    • Products with tampered packaging or missing serial numbers.

    • Items purchased on discount or clearance are not eligible for return unless damaged in transit.

📦 Return Process

  1. Initiate Request:
    Email us at support@aloeecell.com or WhatsApp us at [Insert Contact Number] with your order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).

  2. Verification:
    Our team will review your request within 2 business days and share the next steps.

  3. Pick-up / Self-ship:

    • If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

    • In areas where pickup isn’t available, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our warehouse. (Shipping costs will be reimbursed in such cases.)

💰 Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method (credit card, UPI, wallet, or bank account).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you’ll be asked to share bank details for the refund.

🔄 Replacements

If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll gladly replace it free of cost instead of refunding, depending on stock availability. Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • All returns are subject to inspection.

  • Aloe Ecell reserves the right to deny returns in cases of misuse, negligence, or tampering.

  • Refunds are not applicable on bulk distributor orders or customized corporate orders.
